Please join this group to receive information on pending cases, FREE legal recommedations, as well as possible FREE legal representation. This group will also help us to fight these cases by supplying witnesses who can counter the police's story (the police WILL lie. However, if we have 20 witnesses to counter their account, it will be very effective).

One quick note for those who received tickets: DO NOT PLEAD GUILTY OR NO CONTEST. It is NOT dishonest or detrimental in any way to your case or permanent record to plead not guilty EVEN IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE IN FACT GUILTY!!! In reality, it is your right as a citizen and defendant. Pleading not guilty will keep your case open, and likely will AT LEAST result in a lessening of the cost of your citation(s), but will even more likely result in your case being dropped altogether. If you plead guilty or no contest, you will be given a default conviction and likely be obligated to pay the entire amount listed on your citation(s). Check on the sheets that came with your citation(s) to see how to send in a letter or fax with your "not guilty" plea.

It is highly recommendable to talk with a lawyer if possible, and there will likely be a lawyer willing to take these cases at no charge (this will be reserved for those who are participating in this listserve or otherwise keeping in contact with this group).
