Hello everyone,

I have been speaking recently with a few lawyers and it seems like we
will have someone willing to represent everyone at no cost. If
everyone could do me a favor and:
1)send me the exact charges you received
2)the dates you are supposed to appear in court
3)get everyone else you know who has tickets to send me the above
things
4)if you can, write up a summary of what you recall happening, if
possible, focusing on times of events, and interactions with the
police. People who witnessed the police using violence or being
otherwise physical, please make sure to make a special note of that
in your summary.

Once I receive everyone's charges and court dates, the next step
will be having our lawyer go to court and ask the judge to hear all
of the cases at the same time. This will be beneficial to us because
we will be stronger with 20-30 people in the courtroom at once, and
also we will be able to call all of our witnesses on the same day
(rather than having to call witnesses for each individual case, which
would get very tiresome), and many more reasons which a real lawyer could explain better. Fortunately, the judge will probably allow us to do
this, so that's good. What's even more likely is that all of the
cases will get dropped before they even go to trial (the officers are
going to have a lot of trouble proving exactly who did what, when,
etc.).
