Fort Benning, GA. In a lustrous display of pagentry, the puppetistas put on a drama this morning where main theme had a whole bunch of IMCistas rise up from the ashes of the corporate media.

Fort Benning, GA. In a lustrous display of pagentry, the puppetistas put on a drama this morning where main theme had a whole bunch of IMCistas rise up from the ashes of the corporate media.
The crowd chanted along with the people in spanglish saying "live life, live life;" while MSNBC, NBC and FOX, (duh) shouted, "shut up, shut up!"
Suddenly the grandmothers and assorted other people "remembered." Yes! woke up them old bones. And took over for that same moment, people were crossing the line to face jail time on fort benning. From the stage it was recommended that everyone begin moving however the spirit moves them and 22,000 people broke into a reclaim the streets about half the size of Warwick Rhode Island.
Then festiveness continued and people went back to buying t-shirts and fair-trade coffee from each other as well as the activist version of "meet and greet," where you try to catch up with as many people as you can who remember you from last year before it's time to head on back to every local community in the nation and continue lobbying, letterwriting, planning direct actionsand so many other new ideas that this type of networking might inspire.
At this point, move however spirit moves you.
